Barbecue mode weather

The strongest high temperature sunrise this year now includes the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and most parts of the south of the Yangtze River, and the Central Meteorological Observatory continues to sound the orange warning of high temperature. Shanghai, Hubei, Chongqing and other places have recently sounded the first high-temperature red warning this summer. In addition, the power grid load in parts of Jiangsu and Anhui has hit record highs, and the high-temperature "barbecue" mode has been opened in many places across the country.

The high temperature weather caused record-breaking electricity load in some areas of China, and the power supply was tight. On July 24th, the maximum load of Hefei Power Grid in Anhui Province reached 51710.4 million kilowatts, a record high this year. From 23rd to 25th in Shandong Province, the maximum load of the whole network reached a record high for three consecutive days, reaching 68.386 million kilowatts on 25th.
