As an out-and-out Northeastern, I don't know how hot it is in summer in the south, but I know that my classmates in the south all want to go back to the south this summer, and they can't stay in Daqing any longer. You may think that no matter how hot it is in the north, it can't keep up with the temperature in the south, but I want to make it clear that there is little rain in the north this year, and the weather is hot and the temperature is high. How hot is Daqing? Since the beginning of June, the temperature has been getting hotter every day, and there is almost no rain. Since mid-June, the temperature has been above 37℃ every day, and the oncoming wind is emitting hot air. The tap water from the faucet is also hot, which is unbearable. Even eating is a torture.

You can imagine sitting in the dormitory almost naked, blowing a fan, drinking ice water and doing nothing. Sweat quietly flowed down, and soon the palms, necks and backs were covered with sweat. Sleeping is a torment, because when you fall asleep, you will be awakened by the heat. Of course, the wind from the electric fan is hot, and even the flowers and plants on the roadside hang their heads.

The heat in Daqing is incomprehensible. As a Harbin native, when I return to Harbin, not far from Daqing, I can feel that Daqing is much hotter than Harbin. There has been a lot of rain recently, and Daqing has finally ushered in a rainstorm, but even the rain can't alleviate the abnormal heat in Daqing. I don't think people who are not in Daqing this summer can feel how hot Daqing is!
