Tengchong altitude

Tengchong City, with an altitude of 3,780m, is located in the west of Yunnan Province, adjacent to Lushui City [6] in the northeast, Longyang District in the east, Longling County and lianghe county in the south, Yingjiang County in the west, and Myanmar Union and China in the northwest and north. It is located between 98 05' ~ 98 45' E and 24 38' ~ 25 52' N, covering an area of 5,845 square kilometers. The urban area is 606 kilometers away from Kunming, the provincial capital, 200 kilometers away from Myitkyina, Myanmar and 602 kilometers away from Redo, India. It is an important gateway and node for China to South Asia and Southeast Asia.
