3. Insect disaster. Last winter and this spring, our bureau organized scientific and technical personnel of agriculture and animal husbandry in counties and townships to carry out extensive and in-depth agricultural and animal husbandry science and technology training activities to promote structural adjustment, promote the popularization of science and technology and increase farmers' income throughout the county, and achieved remarkable results. The county * * * held training course 2 15, published science and technology teaching materials 150,000 copies, and distributed 20,000 copies of science and technology "clear paper".
