First, the awareness of safety in production is not strong.

2. Insufficient attention to safety control and violations. In case of key construction, we also carefully determine the safety measures. Before construction, we also organized employees to study hard. During the construction, the division of labor of workshop cadres is clear and the key points are prominent. However, when they are busy with their work, they relax their standards and lower their requirements, and even commit serious violations under the eyes of construction leaders and workshop cadres. For another example, in April, when replacing concrete sleepers without slow-moving and closed lines, the problem of pulling out two sleepers at a time occurred in Cui Huangkou work area. Although the construction leaders found and organized effective remedial measures, it was useless to put forward serious criticism when there were problems, but this incident reflected that the leaders in charge of the shift had a weak sense of safety, and the cadres were not focused on safety control and there were loopholes. The attitude of implementing the measures is not firm, which makes the violation of the rules an opportunity.

3. Tired of safety inspection activities. Because safety inspection activities are always carried out, cadres and workers are generally bored to varying degrees, so they have to follow the activities and work as usual, and illegal problems often appear. Its outstanding performance is that some teams and groups violate the rules of inertia from time to time. This kind of ideological understanding is incorrect, and the lack of understanding provides a living soil for the existence of illegal problems.

Second, the work standard is low and the basic management is poor.

1, outdated concepts can no longer meet the requirements of changing situations. With the leap-forward development of the railway, the requirements for safety and management level are getting higher and higher, which is in obvious contrast with our current low reality. 2. The work coping function is poor. This phenomenon is more prominent among workshop cadres and supervisors. For example, in safety production management, there are too many workshop inspections, too many process inspections, too few results, high standards, and loose follow-up assessment, which cannot completely eliminate safety problems. However, the common phenomenon shown in the work squad leader is that there are always deviations in the actual work. For example, the name is expected to be well-articulated, but when arranging the road, he just doesn't bring his homework card. 3. The management system cannot be well implemented. What is more prominent is that the workshop organizes the acceptance inspection at the end of the month. When the work is busy, the production task is tight, either postponed or exempted from inspection. Safety expectations in the work area and after-work meetings are also intermittent. This phenomenon not only reduces the seriousness, continuity and timeliness of the safety management system, but also makes the basic management work gradually appear problems and relatively weak, which will inevitably weaken the management of safety production.

Third, the style is floating and humanism is serious.

3. 5. Through these measures, the problems of neglect, irresponsibility and inaction in supervision work have been effectively solved, and the safety supervision work of the whole section has reached a new level.

7. The whole section did not actively carry out illegal activities, and the anti-habitual illegal activities increased.
