Luoyang Baiyun Mountain Tourist Resort is located in the hinterland of Funiu Mountain in the southwest of Song County, Luoyang City, Henan Province. During the management period, some road sections with high risk of forest fires in the park will be closed for management:

1. The Yuhuangding Trail and the Dishuiyan Trail in the Yuhuangding Tourist Area are closed. The trails in the Kowloon Grand Canyon tourist area are open to the Kowloon Falls viewing platform, and the Kowloon lower extension trail (Zhuanghe La Trail) is closed.

2. Visitors to Yuhuangding can take the Yuhuangding Cableway and go up the cableway to the Yuhuangding Trail. The Bailong Ropeway in Kowloon Tourist Area is operating normally.

3. The opening hours of the winter park are from 8:00 to 17:00 every day. In case of extreme weather or special circumstances, the official announcement shall prevail.

4. During the strict forest fire control period, the park will strictly manage fire sources and prohibit all fires from entering the park. Illegal fire use such as burning wasteland, smoking, burning paper at graves, setting off firecrackers, burning straw and fallen leaves is strictly prohibited in the park.
