Most of the Pearl River Delta is located in the south of the Tropic of Cancer, in the south subtropical zone, with a subtropical maritime monsoon climate, abundant rainfall and sufficient heat, with the same season of rain and heat. The sunshine is 2000 hours throughout the year, and the four seasons are evenly distributed. The annual average temperature is 2 1.4-22.4℃, in which the average temperatures in Fengkai, Deqing, Guangning, Huaiji, Heshan, Huidong and Boluo are lower, while those in Shenzhen and Zhuhai are higher. The annual average rainfall is 1600-2300mm, which is influenced by monsoon climate and concentrated in April-September. In winter, the north wind prevails and the weather is dry. Southwest and southeast winds prevail in summer, with high temperature and rainy weather.
