Anhui is a major tea-producing province, and the history of tea cultivation can be traced back to the Jin Dynasty. But before the Ming Dynasty, Anhui tea was not particularly famous. Since Zhu Yuanzhang ousted a hundred schools in the Ming Dynasty, Anhui Tea began to show its strength and gradually entered the center of the stage. There are many varieties of tea planted in most areas of southern Anhui and western Anhui. Among the top ten famous teas in China, Anhui tea occupies four seats, as do other newly-created famous teas and specialty teas.

As we all know, Huangshan Mao Feng, Taiping Monkey Kui and Qimen Black Tea Luan Guapian are the first echelon of Anhui tea. More than a dozen varieties, such as Huoshan Yellow Bud, Cuilan Yuexi, Shucheng Small Orchid, Tongcheng Small Flower, Tianzhu Hao Jian and Tingxi Lan Xiang, are also very popular among the people.

As far as tea is concerned, Qimen black tea is the first of the three high-aroma black teas in the world, with a typical Qimen fragrance. Huoshan Huangya is a kind of yellow tea with a long history, and Lu 'an Guapian is a special and famous green tea. In addition, there is a famous ancha in Huangshan, Anhui Province, which is a post-fermented tea between green tea and black tea. Although many people don't know much about it, it is actually very popular in Guangdong, Guangxi and Southeast Asia.

From my personal experience of drinking tea, I prefer to drink green tea, especially in my hometown of Cuilan Yuexi. Our local area is located in Dabie Mountain, with an altitude of 600~800 meters. It is a typical mountain cloud tea with rich aroma, rich nutrition and green color. Moreover, compared with Jiangnan tea, the green tea in Dabie Mountain area has a longer growth time, richer connotation and higher bubble resistance because of the lower weather temperature.

Of course, as a tea practitioner, Anhui is my hometown, so I basically dabble in tea in my hometown Now I mainly drink green tea in spring and summer, and I especially like drinking black tea in autumn and winter. Anhui's green tea and black tea are of good quality and taste great.

Of course, the tea market is chaotic now, and many foreign teas enter the Anhui market and then pretend to be Anhui tea. I also want to remind everyone here that if you want to drink Anhui tea, you must find an authentic manufacturer and don't be deceived by fake tea from other places. For a simple example, the price of local tea in Anhui is relatively high. Whether in Huangshan, Mao Feng or Cuilan Yuexi, the price of local tea with one bud and one leaf is around 500, while the price of many Sichuan teas and Huizhou teas is only around 300 yuan, which is quite different.

If you buy Anhui tea at the normal retail price in the market, it is not local tea as long as one leaf per bud is two or three hundred yuan. Because of this price, the processing cost of local tea is not enough. Of course, this is just my personal experience of drinking tea. What kind of tea do you like to drink?
