Where is Zhu Rongfeng?
Zhurongfeng is less than one mile away from Shangfeng Temple, which is the highest peak in Nanyue, with an altitude of 1290 meters. Zhu Rongfeng's name is related to ancient myths. According to legend, Zhu Rong was the minister and Vulcan around the Yellow Emperor. He once lived in Hengshan Mountain and was buried at the highest peak of Hengshan Mountain after his death. Later generations named this peak. There is Zhurong Temple on Zhurong Peak. Because the mountains are high and windy, the building is made of solid granite walls and the roof is covered with iron tiles. The temple is proud of snow and stands tall on extremely huge stones. Behind the temple is the platform, a towering rock with stone carvings and legible handwriting.
Zhu Rongfeng was named after the Vulcan Zhu Rongshi. According to legend, Zhu Rongshi was a minister of Xuanyuan Huangdi in ancient times and a Vulcan. After human beings invented drilling wood to make fire, they couldn't save it, and they couldn't use it. Because of their proximity to fire, Zhu Rongshi became an expert in the management and use of fire. The Yellow Emperor appointed him as the official in charge of fire. Because he was familiar with the situation in the south, the Yellow Emperor named him Stuart, who was in charge of southern affairs. He lived in Mount Hengshan and was buried in Mount Hengshan after his death. In order to commemorate his great contribution to mankind, the highest peak of Mount Hengshan was named Zhurongfeng. As the old saying goes, "Wish" is enduring, and "Harmony" is bright. Let it be bright forever.
Among the numerous landscapes in Nanyue, the height of Zhurong Peak, the depth of Fangguang Temple, the beauty of Tibetan Temple and the wonder of water curtain cave have always been called "four wonders". The granite at the peak head is exposed to the ground, with rugged black stones, huge cliffs at the back of the peak and towering city walls; On the side of the moon viewing platform, strange stones piled up, more than ten feet high, becoming the highest point of the summit. From the peak waist to the peak foot, it is surrounded by pine and fir, lush and dark green. There is also an evergreen broad-leaved forest at the foot of the peak that passes through the western peak. The scientific name is "Cyclobalanopsis pubescens forest". The green leaves are shaded and the blue waves are full of ears, which makes people feel that the five mountains are unique. Climb to the top of Zhurong Peak and look around. The peak is high, the eyes are wide and the mind is boundless. At the foot of the peaks, such as waves, blue waves ups and downs, Xiangjiang River, such as belt, bent into five white practice, as far away as Zhu Rong, commonly known as "five dragons holding saints."
Climbing Hengshan Mountain means climbing Zhu Rong. The ancients said, "If you don't go to Zhu Rong, you won't know its height." Han Yu, a writer in the Tang Dynasty, said in a poem: "Zhu Rong started from the ground and wanted to see nothing in the smoke." . Two poems describe the majestic Zhurong Peak, where you can not only overlook the endless mountains, but also enjoy the moon on a cloudless night in Wan Li. Tourists stand on the stage and enjoy the moonlight, which is different from that on the flat ground. Even if the moon sets in the west, there is still its afterglow here. As described in Sun Ying 'ao's poem in the Ming Dynasty: "Lang Lang's soul falls on earth, and the light here is not low." You can imagine the beautiful scenery.
There are many temples near Zhurongfeng, and the scenery is different. Among the five jungles of Buddhism in South Vietnam, two are under Zhurong Peak. There is Shangfeng Temple in the south, which used to be called Guangtianguan in the Sui Dynasty, and it is a place for Taoist activities. During the great cause of Emperor Chang of Sui Dynasty, he was ordered to change to Shangfeng Temple. Walking along the front of Shangfeng Temple, you can see the stone archway standing proudly. This is the Nantianmen, and its stone pillars are engraved with couplets: "The door can lead to the sky, and the sky is blue and the stars are near;" The road is extremely high, overlooking the green hills and low islands! " The lifelike pen makes people really want to step on a piece of white clouds and float away with the wind.
There was a sun-watching platform on the mountain after the last closure, and now there is a meteorological station. Next to the Sun Observatory, there is a stone tablet engraved with the words "the source of observing the sun". Autumn is crisp, especially in Chu Qing after the rain. Visitors can see the spectacle of "a red sun rolling a golden ball". In order to watch the sunrise, tourists need to stay in the guest house of Shangfeng Temple for one day and arrive at the Sun Observatory before dawn the next day. In case of sunny days, you can see a gray sky in the east, and a slight bright red gradually appears, and then the light bursts and is colorful. In a flash, the sun seems to jump up from the underground trunk line, and some arc-shaped red edges emerge. The red edge quickly turns into a half red wheel, and then into a fiery red ball. The golden wheel gushed out and rippled up and down. The rising sun rises in Ran Ran, the dawn shines on the earth, and everything is full of vitality. The green hills and trees are covered with golden clothes, which is very beautiful.
Due to the different weather changes every day, the sunrise scenes are varied and colorful, which makes the spectacular sunrise in Nanyue more beautiful.
At the top of Zhurongfeng Mountain, there is Zhurong Hall, formerly known as the Old Holy Emperor Hall, which was built as a shrine during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty (1573- 1620). Because the mountains are high and the wind is strong, the buildings are all made of solid granite walls and the roofs are covered with iron tiles. The temple is proud of snow and stands tall on the boulder. The present building was rebuilt later. There are stone railings on the rocks behind the house, and the scenery of Beishan is panoramic.
Zhu Rong Hall at the top of the mountain was rebuilt in the 16th year of Qing Qianlong (175 1), with stone walls and iron tiles. Zhu Rongjun, whose official position was divided into southern divisions, was deified by emperors of past dynasties and promoted to the rank of official. From "Si Tianwang" in Sui and Tang Dynasties to "Si Zhao Tian" in Song Dynasty, he established an emperor to offer sacrifices to the national code. After the renovation of Zhu Rong Temple in Qing Dynasty, it experienced wind and frost erosion. In 2 1 year of the Republic of China, He Jian, then chairman of Hunan Province, donated money for reconstruction. The decoration of Nanyue Administration 1982 has become what it is now. Zhu Rong Temple stands at the top of Zhu Rong, and is built in a gap of 100 square meters. The rocks are thick and stormy, so you can imagine the hardships of the building in those years. From Shangfeng Temple at the foot of Zhurong Peak to Zhu Rong Hall at the summit, there is a granite road connecting to the bottom of the summit step by step. On both sides of the stone road, short pines and bamboos are in full bloom and quite clean. From the foot of the mountain to the stone platform in front of Zhu Rong Temple, there are more than 30 steep granite steps. The mountain gate is a memorial archway building. There is a stone forehead on the memorial archway with the word "Zhurongfeng" on it, but it is not named "Zhu Rong Hall". There are couplets on both sides of the door: "Yin Bin is out of the sun and the sky is extremely steep." The former means that the sun rises at five or six o'clock in the morning, while the latter means that the peak of Zhu Rong is higher than the sky. The sentence of this couplet is selected from the Book of Songs, which is steady and natural, and complements the scenery of Zhurongfeng. There is also a small door leading to the Moon Observatory in the corridor on the right side of Zhu Rong Hall. The platform is about 2-3 meters higher than the foundation of the main hall of Zhu Rong Hall, and the granite is exposed to the ground after weathering. The whole rock surface is less than 4.5 square meters, surrounded by stone railings on the side, so you can sit in the breeze or overlook it against the stone railings. Because it is the highest point, the empty scenery is boundless, the mountain wind attacks people, Xiaoxiang sails, and the mountains are far and near. There are many stone carvings on the stones of the moon viewing platform. Because they are carved on the stones of the table, many of them have gradually faded after the erosion of snow and the friction and trampling of tourists. On the inner wall of the rock, there are three big characters "Looking at the Moon Altar" about 50 cm square, which were inscribed by Jiajing Dingsi in Ming Dynasty (1577) in Baoqing magistrate's book in September. Other stone carvings on the platform and cliffs inside and outside the platform can be clearly distinguished, such as "Ultimate", "Stop at the other side", "Fruit height", "Qingyun is in sight", "Qingyun is full of sleeves", "Mountain is not tired of heights", "Dream land", "Thousand Yuan Green", "Enjoying the sky in seclusion", "Living longer than Nanshan" and "Only I am taller".
