Four steps of radiator installation

Radiator, also known as radiator, is one of the best heating methods in winter. Because the water pressure of the heating system is generally above 0.4MPa, if it is improperly installed, once it leaks, it will cause heavy losses, so the installation of the radiator is as important as the quality of the radiator. Considering the beauty and safety of installation, the installation of radiator should be carried out as follows.

Step 1: First, conduct field measurement and design with the technicians of radiator manufacturers to determine the radiator model, quantity, water inlet and outlet mode and specific installation location. Technicians will determine the radiator model, number of groups, number of each group and installation location according to the actual situation, and sign a radiator purchase and sale contract with the supplier.

Step 2: Sign a construction agreement with the radiator construction unit to ensure the construction quality and risk. Under normal circumstances, the construction unit should indicate in the construction agreement that the heating system is guaranteed for at least one heating season. It is best that the radiator sales unit and the construction unit are the same unit.

Step 3: The first stage of radiator installation. Radiator installation is divided into two steps: the first phase and the second phase. The first-phase heating project includes positioning of heating equipment, slotting, pipeline laying (or pipeline reconstruction), pipeline connection (welded pipe), installation of water collector and separator, pressure test, etc. The second phase of the project includes: radiator installation (radiator fixed suspension, valve connection with radiator and heating pipe), pressure detection of the whole system, radiator debugging, etc.

Note: The first-phase heating project shall be constructed after wall reconstruction, and before or after water and electricity construction, it must be carried out before other decoration processes. Before the first heating project is completed and signed by the owner, other decoration processes are never allowed to be constructed.

It should be emphasized that for the sake of beauty, if heating is installed before decoration, the branch pipe connected with the radiator must be buried under the floor and in the wall, and only the temperature control valve can be seen when connected with the radiator; At present, in order to save trouble, many heating project builders directly leak out the branch pipes and connect them with radiators, so that two pipes leak out of each radiator group, which is not only unsightly but also easy to be damaged.

During the first stage of construction, the pipeline must be fixed and sealed according to the number of radiators set by the owner, the width of each radiator, the indirect distance between radiators, the way of water inlet and outlet and the distance from the interface center, and the size should be kept accurate, otherwise it will affect the installation of radiators in the later stage.

According to the relevant provisions of the state, the pressure detection of heating system should be carried out according to the following steps:

(1) plug the end of the test pipeline, slowly inject water, and exhaust the gas in the pipeline at the same time;

(2) After being filled with water, conduct water tightness inspection;

(3) Manual pump should be used to slowly boost the pressure, and the boosting time should not be less than10 min;

(4) After rising to the specified test pressure (the working pressure is 1.5 times, not less than1.0 MPa; If the working pressure of the radiator system is relatively high, the test pressure should be increased accordingly), stop pressurizing, stabilize the pressure for 65,438+/-0h, and the pressure drop shall not exceed 0.06Mpa. It is allowed to replenish the pressure twice within 30 minutes and rise to the specified test pressure.

(5) Then, when the working pressure is 1. 15 times (the working pressure is generally not more than 0.6Mpa, that is, the test pressure is 0.8Mpa, which meets the requirements), the pressure is stabilized for 2 hours, and the pressure drop is not more than 0.03Mpa. At the same time, it is qualified to check that there is no leakage at each joint.

After the first phase of the project is over, the construction personnel can seal the groove only after the owner arrives at the site for acceptance, and the first phase of the project is over.

After the completion of the first-phase heating project, the decoration workers must take good care of the heating pipes and facilities during the decoration process and must not move or damage them.

Step 4: Installation of radiator in the second stage.

After the decoration of the customer's home is completed, the second-phase project construction, radiator installation, wood floor installation and other work can only be carried out after the installation is completed and the suppression test is qualified.

According to the relevant national regulations, the pressurization detection steps of Phase II project are as follows:

1. Before pressurizing, flush the whole system to ensure that there are no impurities in the system;

2. When the end of the pipeline is blocked and the plug of the radiator and the exhaust valve are tightened, slowly inject water into the system, and at the same time, exhaust the gas of the whole system by using the exhaust valve of the radiator and the exhaust valve of the water collector;

3. Manual pump should be used to slowly boost the pressure, and the boosting time should not be less than10 min;

4. After rising to the specified test pressure (0.8Mpa) (1.5 times the working pressure, but not less than 0.6Mpa), stop pressurizing, stabilize the pressure for 2 hours, and the pressure drop shall not exceed 0.05Mpa. At the same time, check all joints for no leakage.

It is particularly emphasized that the second step of radiator installation cannot be combined into one step, that is, the pipes should be connected well before decoration and the radiators should be installed together. It is easy to install the construction unit in this way, but the installed radiator is not only easy to be damaged and drop a lot of dust during the whole decoration process, but also must be removed when painting the wall or pasting wallpaper, and then reinstalled after painting the wall or pasting wallpaper. In this process of disassembly and installation, the radiator is easily scratched and damaged. This practice is actually an irregular and irresponsible behavior.
