D 1: Chengdu assembly day

Teammates arrived in Chengdu one after another and checked in at the front desk of the hotel according to the SMS address. For the route from the airport or railway station to the hotel, you can use the mobile phone map to navigate or consult customer service. If you have enough time, you can choose to visit Wuhou Temple, Du Fu Caotang, Jinsha Site Museum, Panda Base and other urban attractions. You can also go to Kuanzhai Lane, Jinli and Qintai Road, enjoy the slow time in Chengdu, stroll through Gu Xiang, have tea by the river and listen to all directions. Chengdu is also a city of food, with many choices of Sichuan cuisine, hot pot and snacks.

D2: Chengdu-Rilong-Shuangqiaogou

(230KM all day, about 5 hours by car, afternoon tour)

Meet at the gate of the hotel at 6:30 in the morning and arrange breakfast early. After that, it passes through expressway-Du Wen expressway and Yingxiu Wenchuan Earthquake Site, along the Gengda River and Wolong Canyon, through the Balangshan Tunnel, and has a panoramic view of Siguniang Mountain in Maobiqiao Ridge. In the afternoon, it enters Shuangqiaogou for a visit. (3-4 hours' ride from sightseeing bus), this is the most beautiful and earliest developed ditch in Siguniang Mountain. After that, leave the Gousu Hotel.

D3: Rilong-Xiaojin-Middle Road

Get up early in the morning to take a panoramic view of Siguniang Mountain, and then go back to the hotel for dinner. After breakfast, I went down the Shunwei River and visited the remains of the Red Army stationed in Davy and Maogong to remember the revolutionary martyrs' long March feat. An ancient building stands out from Xiaojin County 18km away. This is the official village of Wali Tusi, which was built in the early Qing Dynasty. The "Battle of Xinmao", which triggered the Jinchuan War during the Qianlong period, happened here. After Xiaojin County, I went down the river along the increasingly wide small Jinchuan and came to Zhonglu Tibetan Village. Zhonglu Tibetan Village means a desirable place in Tibetan, and it is one of the important parts of Danba Tibetan Village, the most beautiful village in China. There are 88 towering ancient carvings in the middle road, ranging in height from 30 meters to 60 meters, which have stood tall for thousands of years. These beautiful Tibetan houses are scattered in the fields, forming a beautiful scenic line. In late autumn and flower season, Zhonglu Township is the place with the most photographers. Our team leader will take us all the way along the long corridor, connecting several best shooting spots in the middle road, and returning to the middle road to stay at night.

D4: Zhonglu-Jinchuan-Kaerxiang-Jinchuan

(Whole journey 109KM, about 2 hours' drive, so you can walk and play. )

Continue shooting in the morning and shoot at the sunrise observation deck in the middle road. You don't want to climb the mountain so hard, you can have tea in the sun in the yard full of flowers. 10 or so, bid farewell to Zhongzang Village, go down the mountain, and have lunch in Danba County. After lunch, we will stop at three or four scenic spots along the Great Jinchuan Canyon, passing through Bati Beautiful Valley, Diaowang Valley in China, Malbon and Anning Valley, but please don't delay too much time, because the highlight of the afternoon is Kaer Township behind Jinchuan County. On a commanding height, mountains are everywhere, and branches are on both sides of the Great Jinchuan Valley, giving you a panoramic view. At about dusk and sunset, we reported back to Jinchuan County.

D5: Jinchuan-Shenxianbao-Jiaju Tibetan Village-Tagong-Bamei-xinduqiao (the whole journey is 238KM, and the journey takes about 5 hours, so you can walk and play).

Get up early, go to Shenxian Castle, transfer to a local bus, and wait for the morning sunshine halfway up the mountain. Jinchuan Hongye's blockbusters are basically from here! Xiandai is actually a dome in Shaer Township, Jinchuan County. In the early morning, the water vapor in the valley is dense and the sunshine changes like a fairyland, which is called fairy bag by photographers. After 10 in the morning, leave Shenxianbao and go to Danba Jiaju Tibetan Village for lunch. After lunch, climb Yak Valley and overlook the north slope of Yala Snow Mountain. Over the Gedaliangzi, I came to Bamei and photographed the pastoral scenery of Bamei all the way. In Tagong grassland, shoot Tagong grassland and Muya Jinding. Along the Tagong River and across the Mani Valley, the most colorful photo studio in xinduqiao is waiting for us. I have plenty of time, so I can't leave here ~ I lived in xinduqiao that night.

D6: xinduqiao-Mugecuo-Moxi

(The whole journey is 2 17km, and the driving time is about 5 hours. I will play in Mugecuo in the afternoon. )

Enthusiasts who like photography will not miss xinduqiao's morning shoot. Before sunrise, the tour leader will take us to the Muya Gongga Observation Deck, which is a commanding height in xinduqiao, overlooking the three river valleys in xinduqiao and Gongga Mountain. We wait here for the sun to fill the valley a little. Then go back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, take a bus 1.5 hours, cross Duoshankou, and arrive at Kangding for lunch. After lunch, visit Mugecuo, the largest alpine sea in western Sichuan, also known as Savage Sea and Dahaizi, which is one of the largest alpine lakes in northwest Sichuan. The water area is nearly 4 square kilometers, the water depth is more than 70 meters, and the altitude is 3700 meters. Mugecuo is surrounded by mountains, forests and grasslands, and dozens of small Haizi such as the Red Sea, the Black Sea and the White Sea surround her, just like the stars holding the moon. The scenic spot consists of six scenic spots: Dujuan Gorge, Fangcaoping, Qise Sea, Yaochi Boiling Spring, Mugecuo (Savage Sea) and Red Sea Grassland. There are many other alpine lakes and hot springs nearby, where virgin forests, grasslands and snow-capped mountains blend with each other. Leave Mugecuo at dusk and stay in Moxi Town at the mouth of Hailuogou.

D7: Moxi-Hailuogou Day Tour-Moxi

(Visit Hailuogou all day)

After dinner, transfer to sightseeing bus to enter Hailuogou National Geopark, then go to Ganheba Cableway Station through Camp No.2 and Camp No.3, and then you can choose three ways to visit the glacier:

1) Take the cableway across the glacier and go to Camp 4 to see the glacier and the big ice waterfall. The cost is more expensive, round trip 150 yuan/person (the players take care of themselves. And you can only buy a round-trip ticket), but it's easier and worth recommending when the weather is good.

2) Walking on the glacier: Take the sightseeing bus from Camp No.3 to the ticket office of the ropeway, and then walk along the sightseeing road to the observation deck. It takes about half an hour to walk one way to 1 hour, and the scenery on the way through the virgin forest is beautiful. After arriving at the observation deck, you can also go down to the bottom of the glacier and watch the glacier up close. But walking is very tiring and takes a long time. Need to be reminded: you can't reach Camp 4 on foot, so the scenery you see is not as spectacular as that by cableway. If the weather is not strong, you can choose this way.

We generally suggest buying tickets at the gate of the scenic spot at 8 o'clock. Sightseeing bus passes through Camp 1, Camp 2 and Camp 3, and it takes 90 minutes to reach Ganheba Cableway Station. You can buy a ropeway ticket or walk on the glacier. Either way, 3-4 hours of sightseeing time is enough. In the afternoon, take sightseeing bus out of the ditch and spend the night in Moxi Town. In the evening, you can experience the natural hot springs in Hailuogou at your own expense (ranging from 50- 188 yuan/person).

D8: Moxi-Erlang Mountain-Ya 'an-Shangli Ancient Town-Chengdu

(The whole journey is 335KM, and the driving time is about 6 hours)

After breakfast in Moxi, cross Erlangshan Tunnel and cross Tian Quan. 27 kilometers north of Ya 'an, there is a famous ancient town in western Sichuan-Shangli ancient town, which records the prosperity of the ancient tea-horse road in the past. We had lunch in Shangli Ancient Town, took photos for 2 hours after dinner, and then returned to Chengdu along Chengdu-Wen Qiong Expressway, ending the photo tour. The last day of arrival in Chengdu is about 15:00- 16:30 in the afternoon. If you need to leave Chengdu on the same day, please try to arrange flights or trains after 20:00.

2. Accommodation: Stay according to the standards listed in the itinerary. The standard rooms listed in the itinerary are all double rooms. Matters needing attention in plateau tourism

1, new to the plateau, don't overeat, so as not to increase the burden on digestive organs, don't drink and smoke, don't exercise vigorously, so that it can adapt to this environment well.

2. Eat more vitamin-rich substances such as vegetables and fruits, and drink plenty of water.

3. Prevent colds caused by catching cold. The temperature difference in the plateau is particularly large, and it is easy to catch a cold. It's better to be cold than hot, so put on more clothes.

4. In case of altitude sickness, there is no need to panic, and targeted treatment should be given according to the degree of reaction. If the reaction is low, you can take a rest, drink more water and exercise less, which will generally disappear or weaken after a period of time.

5. Commonly used drugs to prevent altitude sickness: Rhodiola, Jigan tablets, glucose, etc. They were taken two days before entering the mountain. Sticking to taking them on the way can effectively prevent altitude sickness.

6. It is necessary to prevent dryness, especially sunscreen lipstick and sunscreen, which can effectively prevent water loss and increase body resistance.

7. Outdoor sports should fully consider safety factors, and safety should not be neglected because the scenery is too good. It is best not to go out alone at night.

8. Because most of the road sections are on the plateau, the driving time is long. Due to objective reasons such as traffic jam and road maintenance, the arrival time may be delayed.
