Shandong high temperature subsidies are distributed in June, July, August and September. Outdoor and high-temperature workers in Shandong Province subsidize 200 yuan for high temperature every month; Non-high temperature operators per person per month 140 yuan. According to the Measures for Labor Protection in Hot Weather in Shandong Province, if an employer forces workers to work in hot weather, or fails to pay heatstroke prevention and cooling fees in accordance with the prescribed standards, the human resources and social security departments at or above the county level shall order them to make corrections.
