Notice on the implementation of single and even number traffic control for motor vehicles.

Through consultation and judgment, from February 22nd 10 to March1,there will be persistent moderate and severe polluted weather in our city. In order to reduce vehicle exhaust emissions and protect people's health, according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety and the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, the office of the Leading Group for Improving Environmental Quality of provinces and municipalities decided to implement traffic control with even and odd numbers for urban vehicles (including vehicles with temporary license plates). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, control time

Second, the control area

East of West Ring Section of Ring Expressway and Yin Qing Expressway (from Luocheng to Qingxu in Taiyuan City), south of North Ring Section of Ring Expressway, west of East Ring Section of Ring Expressway and Yu Tai Road (from Wusu Expressway to Jinzhong Section), and north of Xiaoniu Line (excluding) and Yugu Road (excluding).

Three. Regulatory provisions

(1) During the traffic control period, motor vehicles are restricted to single and double numbers. According to the license plate number, one-day driving (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) and two-day driving (2, 4, 6, 8, 0) are implemented. (3) The following motor vehicles are not restricted:
