? First stage warm-up

? This week's warm-up activity is that the coach divides all the players into two teams, wears hurdles of different colors, and passes the ball with two hands in an area of 20m×20m. The coach asked each team to pass the ball five times in a row to score, one team was passing the ball, the other team defended and grabbed the ball, and then handed it to the other team after scoring, and so on.

? Second pass?

? In the second week of the new year, this week continues the theme of last week. First, the players are arranged in pairs, and each group has a ball. In the area of 20m×20m, one player is free to take the ball, and the other player is responsible for running empty space and asking for the ball. Then the player who takes the ball passes the ball to the player who wants it, and then the roles of the two players are reversed. Ask to see which group passes the ball more times in the specified time. After a period of practice, the coach makes it more difficult for the players, that is, the coach participates in grabbing the regional ball, forcing the players to handle the ball more rationally and decisively and pass the ball more accurately. Next, divide the players into two groups, stand face to face, with a distance of about 5 meters, pass the ball with the arch of the foot, and ask the players to pass the ball between the two signs to see which group has the most successful passes within the specified time. There are also some players whose arch skills are not in place, and the coach has also corrected and demonstrated them in training, so that children can understand and correct them quickly.

? The first training class this Sunday was led by Cai Zhi. All the coaches watched the training contents of Egyptian coach Ma Wenhao, and discussed and studied the training contents. Horse passing training is very novel. He divided the players into two groups, put four logo discs in a square area of 3m×3m, and two people quickly moved the ball face to face. Cai Zhi led all coaches to comment on Ma Wenhao's training, standardized this kind of passing training, and asked all coaches to promote it in their own teams.

In Saturday's game, our players were active and dared to fight and fight in the confrontation. Although the opponent's physical fitness was better, the small players began to cooperate collectively, and the defensive attack was very active, and finally they tied with the opponent. Sunday is the team game, and the game is very intense. Because children don't fully understand the football game, some children will think that touching each other physically is a foul, and even there will be quarrels and hands-on, but the coach will stop it at the first time and talk to two young players respectively, telling them that touching each other in the football game is normal. Every child didn't intentionally foul, and the coach will whistle in time if he finds any foul in the game. Through conversation, children can understand and everything can be handled.
