In order to protect public safety, prevent and control environmental pollution, maintain social order, and ensure people's personal and property safety, Jiangyin Municipal People's Government decided to adjust the area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in our city according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, the Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers, and the Regulations of Wuxi Municipality on the Prohibition of Fireworks and Firecrackers. The adjusted fireworks display area is hereby notified as follows:

1. East to Baiqugang River, west to Xinxiagang River, south to Chengjiang Street, south boundary of Xiagang Street Administrative District, north to Yangtze River area, Ting Yun Street _ Shanwan area (east to Yingrui Road, south to Yingrui Road, west to Baiqugang, north to Furong Avenue), part of Nanzha Street Administrative District (east to Xiake Avenue, south to the south boundary of Nanzha Street Administrative District, etc.

Two, in the following places outside the above areas of the city, it is forbidden to set off fireworks:

(a) the location of the state organ;

(two) within the scope of protection of cultural relics protection units;

(3) Military facilities protection zones, transportation hubs such as stations and docks, railway lines and rail transit safety protection zones, power transmission and transformation facilities safety protection zones, and oil and gas pipelines and facilities within the scope of safety protection;

(four) shopping malls, bazaars and public cultural facilities, places for religious activities and other crowded places;

(5) Places for producing and storing inflammable and explosive dangerous goods and warehouses for storing important materials such as grain, oil and cotton;

(six) medical institutions, pension institutions, kindergartens, schools, scientific research units and other places;

(seven) key fire prevention areas such as forests, deer ponds and nature reserves;

(eight) the provisions of laws, regulations, rules and other places that prohibit the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers as determined and announced by the municipal government.

Three, during the early warning period of heavy pollution weather and the senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination, as well as the guarantee period of major activities issued by the municipal government, fireworks and firecrackers are completely prohibited within the administrative area of this Municipality. The period of senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination refers to the period from 0: 00 on the day before the start of the exam to 24: 00 at the end of the exam. The early warning information of heavy pollution weather and the guarantee information of major activities are released to the public by the municipal government according to the prescribed procedures.

Four. This notice shall come into effect on June 65438+1October 1*, 2023 and shall be valid until June 65438+1October/*, 2028. "About printing and distribution.
