The internal skill of Xingyiquan is similar to the general static skill, and the basic requirements are the same. It also started with standing piles. In appearance and posture, it should embody twelve shapes such as bear top, dragon neck, monkey eye, Darkmouth, swallow arm, eagle melon, snake waist, tiger hip, chicken leg, horse foot, turtle tail and toad belly.
Bear top refers to pushing the back of the head (that is, the hair ring about one inch behind Baihui point) upward, like a standing bear, with a stable center of gravity. The dragon's neck is straight up, and there is a tendency for the dragon to ascend from the water to heaven. Monkey eye refers to the mental state of eyes when standing on a pile. Like monkeys, it needs external essence and internal spirit. Look into the abdomen, follow or lead the essence of thought, follow or lead the essence and thought to open and close acupoints or run meridians. Look at each other for three points. The two poles of the gravity line (the third refers to the shoulders and the top of the head). Darkmouth means that the mouth is like a crow's mouth, and it should be on the tip of the tongue and sink into the abdomen. Yan bang refers to shoulders sinking and elbows falling like a swallow. Eagle's claw means that the hand is like an eagle's claw. The tiger's mouth should be rounded and have a grasping posture. The little finger and ring finger should be naturally bent to play the role of carrying, and the middle finger should be straight and have the role of acupuncture. Snake waist means that the lumbar spine should be perpendicular to the center, the lumbar joints should be naturally relaxed, and the activities should be flexible, fast and powerful, just like the lumbar spine when a snake flies. Tiger hip refers to the posture of sitting like a tiger crouching when jumping into a mountain stream. A drumstick means that the front foot is straight and the rear foot forms a 45-degree angle with the front foot. The inner heel of the hind foot is on the extension line of the inner line of the front foot, which tends to let the chicken walk a line to ensure that its gravity line falls on the sideline of the support point of the two feet. A horse's feet are like riding a horse: when you get on the horse, open your hips; When riding a horse, you should clamp the horse's stomach hard to prevent it from falling. It is also like an open pair of pliers. The consciousness of your feet goes straight into the ground and holds on to the center of the earth. The idea of your hips should go through your knees, and the Yongquan point of your feet points directly to the center of the earth. Tortoise tail means that the tailbone of our spine should be shaped like the tailbone of a turtle. The coccyx should be pulled in and out by Gu Dao. Only in this way can the body be healthy and the two channels of Ren and Du be unblocked. Toad's belly means that the belly should be like a frog. Toad's belly bulges and gas sinks into it.
The requirement of Xingyiquan three-type pile is completely the requirement of qigong, mainly the practice of vigor, so that vigor can achieve the purpose of fullness, exuberance and health. To achieve this goal, we must first understand and master the ups and downs of our own spiritual activities, and consciously control and adjust them, so as to increase production and save, which is conducive to storage and transformation. In this way, we can not get sick as much as possible, so that we can be energetic and live longer.
Kung fu practice of Qigong can be divided into five stages: first, settling the fetal interest. Second: open three levels. Third: take medicine. Fourth: abortion. Fifth: having children. These five stages are like primary school, middle school and university. Each previous stage is the foundation of the next stage.
The specific practice of Qigong consists of three parts: practice, practice and maintenance.
"Practice" is the opening and closing of two or more acupoints, and it can also be the operation of meridians. For example, the opening and closing between the lower abdomen and the middle abdomen is like inhaling from the lower abdomen to the middle abdomen, exhaling from the middle abdomen to the lower abdomen, and so on. "Nourishing" refers to the opening and closing and breathing of an acupoint itself. For example, to stay in the abdomen, this method is to raise. Then in the opposite direction, rotate 24 times from big to small and return to the navel. Finally, inhale from the navel (about 1 inch). Call Xia Dantian again. Just take a break. The woman is the same as the above method, but in the opposite direction.
In the third stage of qigong, taking medicine to make an alchemy, and the "transformation" from the completion of alchemy to the completion of pregnancy is to practice qi and spirit. The specific method is to suck from the lower Tianmen (point) to the upper Tianmen (Baihui point), and then suck back from the upper Tianmen to the lower Tianmen in the opposite direction of the Du meridian route, so as to open and close the breath for 20 times. After the completion of the fourth stage of Qigong, "transformation" means practicing spirit and returning to deficiency.
In the first stage, the completion standard of fixed fetal interest is that breathing in qigong practice can restore the state feeling of breathing and breathing in the mother. However, people often add various factors, from body to spirit, which often fail to relax at first, and often hinder the circulation of blood in meridians. If it is unreasonable, it will feel hot, numb and painful. If it doesn't work, its acupoints, meridians and nerves will be impacted and impulsive, and its limbs will move, jump, hit, roll and crawl. Laughing my head off, dancing, laughing and crying. In addition to the above reactions, bowel sounds, visceral convulsions and other internal movements may occur. After the above external movement and internal movement, hallucinations may occur and the body will feel light and heavy. These are common phenomena for qigong beginners, so it is not surprising and there is no need to be afraid. But we should also clearly realize that these things are not our pursuit goals, so we should not be afraid of them, nor should we let them develop, so as to avoid deviation. When these phenomena and behaviors occur, we only need to relax, concentrate our thoughts and practice the "transformation" of essence, so as to eliminate them and make them return to normal. In order to reduce the deviation, when we keep the acupoints, at the beginning, it is best to make them not above the shoulders, but below the knees. At the same time, you can also practice "Yu Yedan" first, because with "Yu Yedan", people's acupoints and joints are as smooth as lubricants. The specific method of practicing "Yuye Pill" is to intentionally keep Xuan Ying point (i.e. throat). After a while, more saliva will be produced. At this time, you can swallow your saliva to Xiadantian with your mind, and then return to Xuan Ying point intentionally and repeat the above exercises.
The first stage of training is often the opening and closing of Xiadantian and Mingmen points, or the opening and closing of Hanzhong and Shangjiaji points. That is, from Xiadantian to Mingmen (or from Zhongshan to Shangjiaji), and then from Mingmen to Xiadantian (from Shangjiaji to Zhongshan). Because Xiadantian is the innate foundation and Zhongshan is the acquired foundation. The first stage of nursing is usually the breathing opening and closing of Xia Dantian or Zhongshan point itself. "Training" and "nurturing" are interchangeable, and the length of time should be natural, but the general principle is that training should not be tired and nurturing should not be lost, that is, to meet the requirements of relaxation and tranquility.
In the second stage, the standard for opening the three levels is the first three levels, and the last three levels are all opened and unimpeded. The first three passes refer to the three acupoints in the front of the human body: Xiadantian, Zhongshan and Tang Yin. The last three points refer to the last three points of the body: Mingmen, Shangjiaji and Baihui. The acupoints of the first three levels and the last three levels are correspondingly connected. Every time you open an acupoint, you will naturally open a corresponding one. When each of these three levels is opened, there is a clear and strong feeling. For example, when the diaphragm and the upper ridge are opened, fireballs like fireworks are thrown away, exploded, and sparks are sent to the whole body. The body feels very soft, warm and comfortable, which is indescribable. Another example is that when Tang Yin and Baihui points are opened, Baihui points are like a window and a breathing body, and the hair nearby feels restless, and Tang Yin is like a nose. After these two acupoints are opened, their own physical changes and natural weather changes are perceived and reacted, with obvious beating and strange feelings. There is indeed a feeling that a scholar knows what's going on in the world without going out. Only when you get through the three customs can you get through the two veins of Ren Du and Tian Tian, and when the second stage is completed can you adjust yourself, control yourself and feel yourself. You can prevent the disease from happening, or you can eliminate it. When the second stage is completed and the three levels are opened, you can take medicine to practice Dan and enter the third stage of cultivation. For example, when we "get angry" and "get angry", when the yang fire is too strong, we can use our mind to drop gas from Baihui point on our head to Yongquan point on our feet for 36 times. You can also use your mind to suck from Zhongshan point to the upper clamping ridge, and then breathe from the upper clamping ridge to the lower abdomen. Do this 36 times repeatedly, and this method is called "entering Longtan".
The second stage of "training" is mostly the opening and closing between Xiadantian and the famous family, the opening and closing between Zhongshan and Shangjiaji, and the opening and closing between Tang Yin and Baihui. Most of them are Xiadantian, Zhongshan (Zhongdiantian), Tang Yin (Shangdantian), Mingmen (Houdantian) and Baihui (Tianmen). Your own opening and closing "transformation" is the transformation of refining gas.
In the third stage, taking medicine for alchemy, the standard of alchemy is alchemy. This is what Taoism says. In Buddhism, there is a kind of "relic" (note: it is not the same as the burning of the so-called Buddhist bone relic after death, but something that can be felt at a certain stage of internal work, which seems tangible, but actually invisible and actually exists). It is as big as a bean, walking in the human body, with no fixed position. At this stage of our training, our essence is usually full, and we often feel sexual arousal, nocturnal emission and menstrual discharge. At this time, if you don't take medicine in time, the essence will overflow, the semen will flow out by itself, and the essence will be lost. A lot of efforts will be in vain. Therefore, this stage is very important for people's health and life extension.
How to collect herbal alchemy? The general principle is that when producing "medicine", we should collect the young and tender medicine and send it back to Dantian for polyculture reform according to a certain route. "Medicine" refers to essence and blood, which are internal things. Neither old nor tender refers to the most suitable time and opportunity. Men and women are different on these issues. The "medicine" given to men is often produced at the beginning of sex, at the climax of the same room, when practicing the "oiling method" and when sexual exudation is about to happen. For women, the production time of "medicine" is not only the time of sexual intercourse, but also the time of menstruation. A drug that is neither old nor tender refers to the first sexual activity, the second one that is neither old nor tender, and the third one that overflows. Women are tender when they just feel before menstruation, and old when they start to get red or have menstruation. It's just that after you feel it, or that day is neither old nor tender. The route of taking medicine is: use your mind to suck from the point along the Du meridian to Baihui point, and then call to the point along the Ren meridian (about 2 inches below the heart). Then use your mind to suck the medicine from Xiadantian to Huang Ting point, catch it, breathe from Huang Ting to navel, then inhale from navel for about 1 inch, and then breathe to Xiadantian. After a short rest, I took the "medicine" to my navel with my mind to refine qi (that is, 36 laps and 24 laps) and sent it back to Xiadantian.
"Oiling method" is to massage the middle part of the sternum with the middle fingers of both hands close together at the position where the lower abdomen is close to the bone, and then massage the lower abdomen close to the upper part of the middle part of the bone with the two thumb fingers close together in the opposite direction, once round trip, * * * 36 times. Then, put the base palm on the liver and the right hand on the back of the left hand, and massage around the navel from left to right and from bottom to top for 36 times. After pressing, put the right hand on the navel, press the left hand on the back of the right hand, and rotate and massage on the navel in the opposite direction for 36 times. After completion, hold the left testis with the right hand, and hold the left testis with the right hand for 8 times/kloc-0. Hold the right testicle with your left hand and massage the right testicle with your right palm for 8/kloc-0 times. After completion, the essence will be sent back to Xiadantian by collecting herbs and alchemy. The method of refueling can make people energetic and prolong their life for twenty or thirty years. This method often works in bed before going to bed or getting up in the morning, and will not affect our work and study.
In the primary stage, it is often because our skill is not deep enough, and it is often because we have not reached the level of ruthlessness and self-control, so we can't completely complete it with our mind. At this time, we often press the Yin Hui point with the middle finger and strengthen the middle finger with the index finger to accomplish it together.
The "training" in the third stage is mostly the opening and closing of Xiadantian and Mingmen, the opening and closing of Zhongshan and Shangjiaji, and the opening and closing of Rendu. Most of "nourishing" is the opening and closing of Zhongshan point itself, while "transforming" is still the transformation of practicing essence. - 。
When is the best time to practice Qigong and stand on a three-body pile? This issue is also a key consideration for practitioners. A good choice will get twice the result with half the effort. According to the experience of the older generation of experienced masters, practicing once at the right time is equivalent to practicing 30 times at other times. In other words, a person has practiced for three years at the right time, which is equivalent to 90 years for ordinary people (people who don't know the right time). How many people can be over 100 years old? ! No wonder many people have practiced Qigong for decades, but the effect is very small and the level is not high! Proper standing and practicing time should conform to the laws of yin and yang changes in nature, as well as the laws of human biological clock, yin and yang changes, human life movement and human meridian operation.
For nature, the best time to practice internal skills, qigong and standing piles should follow the meridian flow method, specifically at noon and noon. However, according to the seasonal changes, there are: from the winter solstice to the summer solstice, this time should be in the afternoon before noon, and from the summer solstice to the winter solstice, it should be in the afternoon after noon (1 1: 00 pm,1:00 pm, before noon,1:00 pm. From 1 1 to 1 is noon, from 1 1 to 12 is noon, and from 12 to 1 is afternoon).
For the law of yin and yang changes, the best time to practice Qigong is when one's own nature starts and the yang rises. Generally speaking, it is from 4 am to 6 am. As for other people's own meridian hours, the best training time is probably different, from person to person, from gender to gender, from age to age, from weather to season, and so on. It can really be everywhere, and all gestures have the connotation of "training" and "cultivating". It is required that a person's abdomen is connected with the center of the earth and the zenith in a vertical line, and that the small days are connected, which is the opening and closing of the abdomen itself in different directions (including straight lines and curves) and the opening and closing of the abdomen with other acupoints. For example: walking, walking can be based on raising. Mainly based on the opening and closing of the field sheet itself. When riding a bike or walking, you can concentrate on "practice" and measure the opening and closing between two jumping points. When practicing boxing, you can either "nourish" in the forward direction, that is, open and close the abdomen in different directions (according to the direction of action), or "practice" in the reverse direction, that is, pull (or press) the abdomen to another acupoint, and then immediately return to the abdomen from another acupoint. At this time, the abdomen is like a steel ball filled with air for an instant.
It should also be pointed out that in the process of "practicing" and "repairing" or "transforming", its opening and closing and operation are not exactly the same as our usual breathing, sometimes it can be the same beat, sometimes it can be faster than it, sometimes it can be slower than it, but the general principle is to be in tune.
