China Meteorological Bureau started the three-level emergency response, how to start the emergency plan?

On July 5th, in order to cope with the impact of heavy rainfall, China Meteorological Bureau upgraded the emergency response of major meteorological disasters (rainstorm) from level 4 to level 3.

Since the beginning of the rainy season in southern China, China Meteorological Bureau has sent weather forecast information to the whole country in strict accordance with the emergency plan for early warning of major meteorological disasters through real-time monitoring, rolling forecast, accurate early warning, operational monitoring, tracking service and impact assessment.

In the face of extreme weather such as heavy snow, not only the China Meteorological Bureau, but also relevant departments, enterprises and institutions in various provinces have launched emergency plans. Behind the orderly development of emergency work is the increasingly perfect emergency plan system in China. ? Everything is planned in advance, so it's useless not to plan? . Establishing and perfecting social early warning system, emergency rescue and social mobilization mechanism, and improving the ability to deal with public emergencies are important contents of building a harmonious socialist society.

In April 2005, the State Council promulgated and implemented the National Overall Emergency Plan for Public Emergencies, and in July, China held the first emergency management meeting, which made the emergency management work enter a new track of regularization and institutionalization. Over the past few years, China has formed an all-round emergency plan system from national master planning to special planning, and from departmental planning to local planning through various efforts. The relevant departments in the State Council have refined the procedures and measures for preventing and responding to particularly serious emergencies such as rainstorm, and have also formulated 46 departmental emergency plans and emergency support plans for troops. An all-round and multi-level emergency plan system has laid a solid foundation for dealing with disasters.

After the rainstorm and flood disaster occurred in July this year, all regions and relevant departments launched relevant emergency plans in time, actively implemented various disaster relief measures in terms of prediction and early warning, emergency response, recovery and reconstruction, information release and emergency support, maintained traffic and public order in the disaster areas, organized the restoration of the functions of municipal infrastructure such as electricity and communications, and carried out life assistance for the affected people, striving to minimize the loss of people's lives and property.
