During the Spring Festival, I read the news on the Internet that the 20 19 Chengdu Longquanshan Urban Forest Park and China philosophy town Wufengxi Half Marathon was held on March 2nd, which is also my birthday. I think it is very meaningful to celebrate my birthday with a marathon. Wufeng is the birthplace of the famous philosopher Mr. He Lin, known as "Hegelian School in China", hence the name "Hometown of Philosophy in China". This event is the A-level mountain marathon certified by the first China Athletics Association in Chengdu on 20 19. My favorite sports are climbing mountains and running marathons. Mountain marathons can take care of both.

I have been to Chengdu many times, and many surrounding towns have been there, but Wufengxi ancient town has not been here yet. On March 1, it only took more than three hours to get to Chengdu by high-speed train from Xi 'an North Station, and I stayed in a hotel near Rome. Haha, hot pot, Chen Mapo tofu Sichuan cuisine and Zhong jiaozi snacks are all nearby. Every horse race weighs three pounds. The focus of this article is not to eat, but to skip.

On the morning of March 2, I got on the bus arranged by the organizing Committee and came to the marathon assembly point in Wufengxi Scenic Area. According to the local people, it has been raining for several days and the climate is wet and cold. Today, however, personality explodes. There are a few white clouds floating in Wan Li, and the sunshine is warm, which is a rare good weather in the local area recently.

The departure area is relatively small, so you need to change clothes, store your bags, sign in and enter the assembly area to warm up. Because it is a minority race, there are not many people who take part in the half horse race, only about 1.5 million people. I prefer to take part in minority competitions in the wild.

The game is scheduled to start at 9 o'clock. Maybe the town leaders paid too much attention to it and spoke too long. It is rare to delay shooting for more than ten minutes in the booing of players.

This is a veritable mountain marathon. Just entered Longquan Mountain, not far from the starting area, and began to climb high. After a while, I was panting like an ox. Because I often climb mountains, I have more experience in going uphill. The road is steep and small, so I quickly adjusted it to keep my heart rate at around 80%. The climate in the south is quite different from that in the north. The climate is humid, the air is fresh and there is no smog. Along the way, trees are shaded, yellow rape flowers, white pear flowers and pink peach blossoms are also in full bloom, which is particularly beautiful against the blue sky and white clouds. The girls who run horse races in Chengdu are very beautiful, and it is easier to chase beautiful women. This is the secret I learned from many horse races. Hehe, the scenery is beautiful, there are many beautiful women, and I am in a good mood and easy to run.

This half marathon is my first race on 20 19, and it is also the prelude to the 20 19 horse race. On March 24th, I participated in the Xuzhou Marathon, and on April 14 and April 2 1 I will also participate in the Yangling Marathon and Yingshan Marathon respectively, so this run is defined as recovery and training run. Although it passes through asphalt roads, mountain cement roads, gravel roads, dirt roads and stone steps, etc. After passing through two hills, the total altitude is more than 800 meters, but the climate is good, the scenery is beautiful and there are many supplies, so I don't feel too tired. I took a lot of photos during my running, and my results were normal. Among the contestants of 1500, they won 3 1 1.

I feel that the design of competition clothes and medals is good, simple and generous, and it is worth having.
