Women in each unit belong to the district, and women in the community take the office as the unit. Each participating unit can participate in the project up to two groups of people.
Four. Activities:
1, tug of war (each team 10 people)
After the start of the game, the athletes on both sides of the rope exerted their strength at the same time, pulling each other across the river boundary stipulated in the stadium and winning.
Rules: The competition adopts a three-round integral cycle system. Win a game each round, and each round is 2 minutes at most. If you can't decide who is the winner within 2 minutes, the game is over.
2. Leg ball relay
Put the ball on your knee and clamp it hard, walk to the opposite end, give the ball to the opposite teammate, and so on until the team ends. The person with the shortest time wins.
Rule: (1) must start after the starting line. (2) If the ball falls off midway, it must be picked up and clamped in place to continue the game. (3) Hands must be placed at both sides of the body, and holding the ball is not allowed. (4) Each team is limited to 4 people.
3, squat jump relay (8 people per team)
Starting posture: Athletes should face the runway, with their arms back to back, and crouch at the starting line.
Rule: (1) After hearing the command, the first group squatted down and jumped from the starting point to the finish line. (2) After both of them jump over the finish line, they jump back to the starting line, then the second group does it, and so on. (3) During the competition, two people cannot be separated arm in arm. If they are separated, they must be tied up to continue the game. Timing and ranking: the last group returns to the starting point for timing. He who spends less time wins.
4, threading the needle.
Methods: A group of people stood at the starting line, heard the password, quickly ran out to the middle point, picked up the line and passed through five pinholes, quickly returned to the starting point and sorted by time, and planned the plan "March 8th Fun Activity Plan".
Rule: (1) A line must pass through five pinholes, otherwise the score will be invalid.
(2) It must be completed on its own runway. If it affects the performance of others, it is invalid. (3) The distance is 30m.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) scoring rules:
There is a team award in the competition: the top six teams are selected, and the team award is determined by four points, with the number of teams registered plus one as the highest score.
There will be a single prize in the competition: the top three in each activity.
Sixth, the registration time
Each participating unit must submit the list of entries and participants to the District Women's Federation before February 13, xx, and indicate the team leader, person in charge and their contact information. After the expiration, they will no longer register. I hope that all units will seriously organize and actively cooperate.
