Jiangji has a long history and a rich collection of people. During the Qin and Han Dynasties, Yanling County, Dongcheng County and Quyang Houguo were once located in China, and Dingyuan County was located in Liang Wudi for five years in the Southern and Northern Dynasties (AD 524).
