Wanli District is located in the western suburb of Nanchang, 18km away from the center of the city. It is adjacent to Xinjian County in the southeast, Anyi County in the west and Yongxiu County in the north. The total area of the region is 251 square kilometers. The population is 9, (213), including 37,274 non-agricultural people. The whole region has jurisdiction over 2 streets in front of the station and 2 streets in Happiness Street, and 4 towns in Zhaoxian Town, Meiling Town, Luoting Town and Taiping Town. * * * There are 11 communities (neighborhood committees) and 37 administrative villages. The district government is located in Zhaoxian Town. The main rivers are Jinjiang, Tail of Ganjiang and Liaohe, a tributary of Xiushui. It belongs to subtropical monsoon humid weather, with abundant rainfall and abundant sunshine, with annual precipitation of 17 mm and annual average temperature of 14.5℃-17.6℃. Hongya Danjing, one of the ancient "Ten Scenes in Yuzhang", is a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit. Scenic spots include provincial key scenic spots Meiling National Forest Park, Tianning Ancient Temple and Xiyao Lake Summer Resort.
