Summary of Teaching Social Practice II: Four people from Binzhou Social Practice Group/KLOC-0 of Qilu Love College Students Association for Supporting Agriculture came to Dici Street Village, Mashanzi Town, Wudi County, Binzhou City, the destination of this social practice. When we arrived at the gate of the primary school, we were presented with scenes that would make us cry and laugh: children and villagers kicked slippers, village leaders walked in front, and town leaders came later. There was a striking slogan on the wall: Welcome "Qilu Love" college students to support agriculture and teach in our village ... This lineup created a historical record of Qilu love. The ten-day social practice has begun, which is also the most sacred beginning of our life so far. In the following 10 days, 14 team members devoted their greatest enthusiasm to teaching and scientific research, creating the most precious memories of everyone's life.
Teaching articles
(1) Traditional teaching.
All our course teaching work revolves around our association's teaching aim of "imparting ideas, cultivating interests and broadening our horizons". Specific courses include: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Music, Physical Education, Fine Arts, Safety Self-help Course and the 11th National Games, especially in physical education class. The specific arrangement is four big classes a day, each class 1 hour. After in-depth understanding of local children and cordial conversations with parents, we found that the local voice for children to learn English is particularly high. According to this actual situation, we have increased the weight of English in the teaching process. In this 10 day, they learned to speak Mandarin, knew that their parents should greet their teachers politely, and also had more practical ideals and confidence to go out.

1 Parents' Meeting
In view of the limited understanding of farmers, children who make mistakes are often beaten or scolded, which not only causes tension between parents and children, but also easily distorts children's psychology and affects their healthy growth. We introduce the knowledge we usually collect about how to educate children scientifically to parents by holding parent-teacher meetings. This parent-teacher conference mainly includes three parts: how to better promote children's healthy physical and mental growth, how to treat girls' education, and how to help children learn English well.
Through this parent-teacher meeting, parents have learned more about how to educate their children scientifically, harmonious parent-child relationship and promote their healthy growth.
2 primary school sports meeting
In order to enhance students' physical fitness, respond to the call of national fitness, publicize the 11th National Games of Jinan, embody "Harmonious China, National Games", improve students' attention and understanding of the National Games, and form a United and uplifting atmosphere in the whole school, the student sports meeting is specially held. The right six events of this sports meeting: leggings running, fun shooting, skipping relay, back-to-back basketball, table tennis relay and running, are mainly events that need teamwork assistance.
After this sports meeting, children know the importance of teamwork and understand that "friendship comes first, competition comes second". In the following days, they will see more mutual help.
3 legal preaching
In view of the situation that farmers' information channels are not smooth, we have special broadcasters to broadcast the information we usually collect to the villagers through loudspeakers every day, so as to strengthen the villagers' awareness of preventing various crises, understand the latest national policy of benefiting farmers and enhance their legal literacy.

A complete social practice, research must be the highlight, and the ultimate goal of teaching is to serve research. Using teaching to close the distance between us and the villagers is the most effective way for us to go deep into the countryside to the greatest extent and obtain the most authentic and reliable first-hand research materials.
The big topic of our social practice this time is to pay attention to the influence of rural labor export under the current economic situation. Investigation and study on common problems in areas where agricultural surplus labor force is exported. Taking Dicijie Village, Mashanzi Town, Wudi County, Binzhou City as an example, a series of problems such as left-behind children (including their education and ideological status), vacant houses, land circulation and homestead circulation caused by young and middle-aged people going out to work, rural pension and the influence of labor export on agricultural productivity were investigated.
After the members of the research group arrived, they made some necessary adjustments according to the local actual situation, increased the investigation on the present situation of cotton planting, the present situation of saline-alkali land and its control problems, and enriched the investigation content.
Through the field investigation of all our team members, we can understand the present situation of rural labor export. We have the most authentic and reliable first-hand research data to theoretically analyze the problems reflected in this field at present, and through sorting out a series of original data, we have formed a certain number of excellent practice reports, which are being improved in the later stage. This survey found some problems in rural areas, and we have tried our best to put forward more feasible rural reform programs to the rural construction center and the local government.
