Thirdly, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Hainan and the southernmost part of China are really the most suitable areas for new energy vehicles. Especially in winter, the average temperature can be kept around 15 degrees, and the laying of infrastructure such as charging piles is also relatively perfect. Unlike the northeast, it seems to be the sworn enemy of new energy vehicles, and it really has all the disadvantages.
