Why is Tangxia in Dongguan always flooded?

The reasons why this area is always flooded are low terrain, poor drainage system and global warming.

Tangxia Town, affiliated to Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, is located in the southeast of Dongguan City, bordering Qingxi Town in the east and Fenggang Town in the south. Its low terrain and lack of drainage system nearby are the main reasons for frequent floods in this area. With global warming, extreme weather events such as rainstorm have increased the flood risk in Tangxia area.
