Second, the emergency plan drill task

The task of this emergency plan drill for flood control and disaster relief is: induced by continuous rainfall and heavy rainfall, the cracks at the rear edge of the landslide disaster point in Fuxi Village of our town suddenly increased, and a small landslide occurred at the front edge, which is very urgent. The hidden danger of landslide in Fuxi Village, Dabu Town occurred in 2005. In recent years, the signs of deformation have gradually become obvious, especially after the "6.6" flood in 2006, the deformation suddenly intensified, and many cracks appeared at the trailing edge of the landslide, and the cracks were obviously misplaced. Five houses in the top row collapsed to varying degrees, which involved the life and property safety of 1 1 household. At present, the sliding body is in the creep stage and its stability is extremely poor. There are more cracks at the rear edge of the landslide, and local small landslides appear at the front edge. In case of continuous rainstorm and heavy rainfall, it is easy to cause large-scale landslides.

There is an Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Emergency Rescue and Disaster Relief at the landslide geological disaster site, and the threatened people hold an Understanding Card for Geological Disaster Avoidance.

Responsible for preparation: 1 small excavator, 6 shovels and hoes, 3 earth dustpans. Do a good job in leveling the viewing platform, temporary headquarters and resettlement sites in advance.

(3) The relocation and resettlement team should be familiar with the geographical environment and landslide situation of Fuxi Village, set monitoring signs, arrange monitoring and resettlement sites, and make monitoring records. Responsible for preparation: build 6 tents, one of which must be equipped with beds, quilts, chairs, buckets, gas stoves, pots and pans and other daily necessities; 2 tweeters, 1 gong, 20 flashlights, emergency lights and raincoats, and put camouflage clothes on the rescuers; Responsible for selecting 36 extras in the disaster area, including 20 village cadres, 16 Luyang village people, and doing a good job in publicity and discipline.

(4) The medical rescue team should be familiar with the situation of the temporary resettlement sites for victims, and be responsible for preparing: 120 ambulance,/kloc-0 ambulance, medical equipment and facilities, medicines, and three medical personnel (wearing work clothes) to ensure emergency rescue and disaster relief or emergency drills, and the work place should be next to the resettlement sites.

(5) The security team should be familiar with the risk of landslide disaster in Fuxi Village and the relevant situation in the danger zone, and be responsible for traffic control and public security patrol in the disaster area to solve related problems. Responsible for preparation: blocking the road traffic isolation zone and warning signs prohibiting entry into dangerous areas.

(6) The logistics support team should be familiar with the drill procedures and make preparations for the procurement of drill materials. Prepare 2 temporary headquarters tables, 6 benches, tables 10 for observation leaders and guests, 60 benches, boxes of mineral water 10, and live audio equipment.

(7) The Armed Forces Department of the town organized an emergency rescue team of 20 people, composed of grassroots militia, dressed neatly and trained and rehearsed.

(8) The town government prepares two buses, 1 organizes town and village cadres to observe, 1 is used to dispatch personnel and materials participating in the drill.

3. Emergency plan drills.
