Treatment method of sticking wood veneer on concrete;

(1) Control the form removal time after concrete pouring. Generally, it is not a large-volume or long-span beam structure. In the current weather, the form removal will be carried out after 24 hours, and the mass concrete will be 72 hours.

(2) It is forbidden to use old templates and replace new templates. It is recommended to use 8mm- 15mm bamboo veneer. If you use an old template, you can repair the damaged part of the template.

(3) Before the next use, clean the concrete residue on the used template, and brush a layer of release agent before each use of the template.
