The mountain in our hometown There is a mountain in our hometown. The scenery on the mountain is beautiful and pleasant. In spring, the flowers, plants and trees on the mountain sprout new buds, and some flowers bloom. The frog came out of the hole, and the swallow flew back from the south. All hibernating animals wake up in spring. Some children are playing kites on the mountain. In summer, my partner and I went to the mountains to catch grasshoppers. The cicadas on the trees kept chirping, as if they were saying, "I know, I know." At night, my father took me up the mountain to see fireflies. They flew from one tree to another with lights, and it was so beautiful. In autumn, the leaves on the mountains turn yellow, and the autumn wind blows through the yellow leaves and floats down like dancing butterflies. The wild fruits on the mountain are ripe, and we all go to pick them. They are delicious. In winter, after it snows, the pine trees on the mountain are covered with a thick layer of snow, which is very beautiful.
