Mr. Nan Huaijin: Qi knots can cause many diseases. Learn to use Anna to expel disease and karma.

Many diseases are caused by qi

We sometimes sit quietly and hiccup during the practice, which is proof of this. The section from your esophagus to your stomach is often unclean and blocked. Anyone, including very healthy people, is unclean in this section. After food and external qi go down, the internal qi is induced to come back up. This effect must be understood clearly.

So, if a practicing person hears someone venting his anger, he will know where the disease is. Some are stomach diseases; some are indigestion; some are diaphragm problems, pancreas problems... …so every burp is different. If the external air Anapana is not adjusted well, the belly will become bigger as people age. Especially you Americans and Europeans, we Chinese have an elegant nickname for you, "foreigners". As each of you foreigners gets middle-aged, your belly is getting bigger and bigger, and your vitality and life-giving energy are getting less and less. The intestines and stomach are fat and swollen, and the qi below the diaphragm and below the pancreas means that the original karma qi has almost been used up, and only a little acquired air is left for use, so the belly is big, the intestines and stomach are not right, and the pancreas is also in trouble. .

So from this aspect, many diseases are caused by Qi. For example, cancer, liver cancer, intestinal cancer, all cancers are not something else, but the original anger that has become knotted. Therefore, there is a very interesting description in Chinese. When you hear something that stimulates you very much, it is often described in four words in literature: "being angry for it", where you stop breathing, and your breath is knotted there.

This qi gradually becomes knotted in the liver and heart, and slowly turns into tumors and cancer, so other cells die and the qi becomes blocked. If the human body's autonomic nervous system is out of balance, and the hands are trembling and unable to lift things; there are also some "strokes" and half of the body is paralyzed, it is because the Qi knot is blocked there.

"Six-character formula" to clean the inside of the body

You adjust to clean the inside of the body. Most people do not stop eating and drinking, and have physical problems, which become obstacles to spiritual practice. The Tiantai Sect uses the "Six-Character Formula" to cleanse the inside of the body. This method was originally introduced to China with Buddhism and was not created by the founders of the Tiantai Sect. Later Chinese Taoists also learned to use it. The six characters and the corresponding organs are:

Heh (pronounced like "monkey") → Heart

Exhale → Stomach

Shh (pronounced like "River") "Wei" (sound of "Wei") → Liver

Blow → Kidney

Hee (pronounced like "He Yi" (sound of "He Yi")) → Triple Burner (hormonal system, thyroid, thymus, adrenal glands)

呬 (pronounced like "Si") → lung

(Mandarin pronunciation in brackets)

These words themselves have no meaning. You read one word with each breath. , but you can't pronounce the sounds, you just need to borrow the mouth shape of their pronunciation, as long as you can't hear the pronunciation and breathing sounds in the mouth.

When you exhale "ha" in one breath, visualize that all the karma and disease energy in the heart area are exhaled. Once you have exhaled all your breath, close your mouth, and your body will naturally inhale the air without you having to direct it or exert any effort. It is wrong if you try to inhale again after exhaling. The same goes for the other five words.

Okay, every time you practice Anapana, first, put aside your thoughts and relax your body. Second, use the six-character mantra to adjust the organs in the body, or use exhalation to clean up any other uncomfortable areas. For example, if you feel tightness in your chest, it may be a heart or lung problem, so use the word "ha" or "huh". Waist discomfort may be caused by kidney problems, so use the word "blow". The rest can be deduced by analogy. This can also be combined with specific movements, and you can practice martial arts and swordsmanship. There is a kind of kungfu that allows you to practice exhaling breath into blowing a sword in your mouth... We can't finish it here.

It takes a lot of time to complete the six-character mantra. After cleaning the inside and clearing the air path, you will naturally enter anavana breathing, but you don’t need to pay special attention to breathing. I have said that the wind element is the most important of the five elements, and all diseases are caused by qi blockage.

Use Anna to expel disease and karma

After you have cleaned up, if there is still something wrong, use Anna to expel disease and karma. . If your thoughts are not pure, if you can really practice breathing out, your thoughts and worries will be reduced...

Back to meditation, after practicing the six-character mantra, breathe naturally, and only your intellect is watching your breathing. Remember that intelligence is not in the head. You know very well that your breathing becomes deep and long; if your thoughts come and go, you know very well that your breathing becomes short. The Buddhist scriptures make it very clear that breathing can be long and medium, long and short, short and medium, and short and long. Why is this so? Buddha did not say. That has something to do with your physical health. If your breathing becomes long and short while meditating, it may be due to your unstable mood that day, the wrong food you ate, or even changes in the weather.

When you breathe heavily, you will feel it at the tip of your nose, gradually, gradually, between your eyebrows, and finally at the top of your head. When you are not still enough, you seem to feel something coming in and out. In fact, it's not the air that actually goes in and out of your head, it's just your psychological feeling. When your thoughts are fixed, you won't have this feeling anymore, that's rest.

So, when you practice, you just know the length of the breath coming in and out. Just look at this and don't worry about your thoughts.

It's like watching a child running around the room. You know he's there and you don't have to help him. It's also like watching a fish swimming around in the water. You know the fish is there and you don't have to touch it. Watch the length of the breath, in and out, slowly, deeper and longer, until you can no longer breathe in or out, that is when you stop breathing.

After stopping, you will know that your whole body is full of Qi. If you feel that something is not clear, use your consciousness to send out the disease and karma in that part of the body, or even fart it out. The most troublesome thing is that when the anger reaches the sexual organs, don't worry about it at this time. Get rid of the thought of looking at it, and it will disappear. The more you look at it, the more you help it, and the stronger it gets, until you can't bear it anymore and have to seek vent. When this kind of problem comes, you have to know how to deal with it, okay?

When your whole body is filled with Qi, put aside all thoughts, and gradually the Qi becomes stable, then you can stay in the state of neither breathing nor breathing. In fact, it's not that I don't breathe absolutely, it's just that I take a breath after a long time. If there is air coming in at this time, let it out and your body will become ethereal. At this time light will arise in the body, perhaps in the head or back, or in the best case, in the lower body. At this time, saliva secretion will be particularly strong. There is no need to swallow, it will go down naturally. This is nectar, the best bisexual hormone. Slowly, even the feeling of the body disappeared, and I entered the light concentration.
