When the oil gradient in the direction of the oil storage tank is not specified by the manufacturer, the oil storage tank side should be raised to have a gradient of 1 ~ 1.5%.

4.3 Disposal of transformer oil: Transformer insulating oil filled with nitrogen or transported with oil should be tested for pressure resistance and micro-water and qualified, otherwise it should be filtered by vacuum oil filter until it is qualified.

4.4 Transformer ontology inspection (taking nitrogen-filled transportation and hanging cover inspection as an example).

4.4. 1 Before the hanging hood is inspected, the high-voltage bushing, current transformer of lifting seat and gas relay shall pass the test.

4.4.2 Before inspection, you should know the weather conditions of the day (contact the local weather station), and it should be carried out under the condition of no rain or strong wind and relative humidity below 75%.

4.4.3 Check the materials, tools, equipment, fire-fighting appliances, etc. before the body inspection. Should be prepared, and should hang a tripod with on-load voltage regulating switch.

4.4.4 Align the hook position of the crane, and the two included angles of the lifting rope shall not be greater than 60 degrees.

4.4.5 Use a vacuum pump to discharge nitrogen until the nitrogen is under negative pressure. The place where nitrogen is discharged should be well ventilated to facilitate the diffusion of nitrogen.

4.4.6 Loosen the connecting rod between the on-load voltage regulating switch and the operating mechanism, and remember the gear position. Loosen the fixing bolts of the cover voltage-regulating switch and hang the on-load voltage-regulating switch on the prepared tripod.

4.4.9.7 should check that the sealing condition of the insulation interface between the strong oil circulation pipeline and the lower wheel is good, and check that there should be no sludge, metal chips and other sundries in each part.

After 4.4.9.8 inspection, flush and clean the bottom of the oil tank with qualified transformer oil. Tools for cleaning the site shall be complete, and no sundries shall be left in the inspection groove. The valve on the wall of the inspection tank should be flexible and indicate correctly.

4.5. 1.3 installation of medium-pressure casing: the installation method is the same as that of high-pressure casing.

4.5. 1.4 Installation of low-pressure bushing: Open the cover plate of bushing seat and fasten the low-pressure bushing (use even force when fastening to avoid bursting); Open the side cover and connect the low-voltage coil lead connector with the bushing connector (when connecting, clamp the wrench with a white sand belt and put a piece of cardboard under the connector to prevent the gasket and nut from falling into the iron core).

4.5. 1.5 installation of neutral bushing: the installation method is the same as that of high-pressure bushing.

4.5. 1.6 Installation of grounding bushing: Open the cover plate of bushing seat, put the conductor into the bushing, fasten the bushing evenly and forcefully, and install the conductor connector.

4.6 Vacuum refueling:

4.6. 1 Connect the vacuum pump to the valve source of the gas relay at the top of the oil tank, connect the oil outlet of the vacuum pump oil filter to the oil drain of the transformer, and connect the upper and lower valves of the oil purifier with transparent plastic hoses for observing the oil level.

4.6.2 Start the vacuum pump and start vacuumizing. When the vacuum degree reaches 80Pa, observe whether there is any abnormality, and then continue vacuumizing until the vacuum degree reaches the value specified by the manufacturer or the plan, and check whether the oil tank is deformed or abnormal. Fill the oil slowly under the specified vacuum, and the oil filling time should be more than 6 hours. The minimum filling height should be soaked in all coils and yoke insulation, and the vacuum time after filling should be maintained for at least 4 hours.

4.7 Installation of accessories:

4.7. 1.2 Clean the radiator with qualified transformer oil, and conduct sealing test with qualified oil according to the pressure value specified by the manufacturer. There should be no leakage within 30 minutes.

4.7. 1.4 Check that the motor and blades are installed firmly and rotate flexibly without jamming, and the insulation resistance of the motor should be greater than 0.5MΩ.

4.7. 1.5 Open the lower header valve and the upper exhaust valve of the cooling device, inject oil and exhaust, and then check that the valves are flexible, the positions are correct, and the joints are well sealed.

4.7. 1.6 The insulation resistance of the oil pump motor is qualified, and there is no abnormality, vibration, overheating, oil leakage or air intake during the trial operation.

4.7. 1.7 differential pressure relay shall be verified as qualified, well sealed and reliable.

4.7.2 Installation of oil storage tank:

4.7.2. 1 Clean the oil storage tank, and fill 2Kpa pure nitrogen into the inner cavity of the diaphragm bag for sealing test. When the capsule enters the oil storage tank, the long axis of the oil storage tank should be parallel along the length direction, and the capsule mouth should be well sealed and breathe smoothly.

4.7.2.2 clean the connecting conduit, connect it according to the label in the manufacturer's manual, and tighten the bolts evenly when connecting.

4.7.2.3 installed an oil level gauge and checked whether its indication was consistent with the actual oil level.

4.7.3 Installation of gas relay: Install the gas relay horizontally, with the arrow marked on the top cover pointing to the oil storage tank, and its connection with the communication pipe should be well sealed.

4.7.4 Installation of pressure relief device: the direction is correct, the inside of valve cover and lifting seat is clean, well sealed, with accurate electrical contact and good insulation.

4.7.5 Installation of moisture absorber: The connecting pipe between the moisture absorber and the oil storage tank should be well sealed, the pipeline should be smooth and the moisture absorber should be dry. (The discolored absorbent turns blue after drying) The oil level of the oil seal should be on the oil level line.

4.7.6 Installation of hygrometer: Clean the socket of hygrometer in the body with transformer oil and inject qualified transformer oil. Tighten the temperature measuring tube of the thermometer to prevent oil leakage. Capillary tube shall not be flattened or twisted suddenly, and its bending radius shall be less than 50 mm. ..

4.8 Replenishment of oil: Replenish oil from the oil storage tank to adjust the oil level, the cooler, lifting seat, sleeve and gas relay perform electrostatic discharge and repeated exhaust, and finally adjust the oil level to meet the ambient temperature.

4.9 Overall sealing test: Conduct overall sealing test with oil pressure of 0.03 MPa for 24 hours, and there should be no leakage.
