It is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the following places. Illegal discharge of fireworks and firecrackers shall be severely punished by the public security department according to law:

1, state organs, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, medical institutions, sanatoriums, sanatoriums, scientific research units, libraries, archives, museums and cultural relics protection units;

2, stations, docks, airports and other transportation hubs and railway line safety protection zones;

3. Busy streets, theaters, parks, stadiums, places of interest and tourist attractions;

4, inflammable and explosive goods production and storage units, power facilities, communication line safety protection zones;

5. villages that have completed the transformation from coal to gas and have been ventilated.
