Ziyang Building, Five Blessingg Town

Ziyang Building, also known as Ziyang Bookstore and Ziyang Bookstore, was built in the 14th year of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1 144). Zhu lived here from 15 years old until he moved to Jianyang in his later years and lived here for nearly 50 years. Ziyang Building is located at the foot of Pingshan, beside the Tanxi River, surrounded by towering old trees and bamboo forests. There is a pond in front of the house and a green bamboo forest behind it.

Legend has it that Zhu's "After Reading" was inspired by Zhu when he was studying hard at the pond. When he opened the pond for half an acre, the sky was high and the clouds were light.
