Madison, like other places in southern Wisconsin, has a temperate climate, or rather a humid continental climate. It is characterized by changeable climate and large temperature difference among the four seasons. The temperature is below zero in winter, and sometimes it snows heavily. In summer, the high temperature can reach 26 degrees Celsius to 32 degrees Celsius, and the humidity is generally not high.
