Why can the weather forecast in Japan be accurate to the hour?

I am in Japan, but I feel that the weather forecast is not as accurate as you said.

I don't know the weather forecast for the charge. If it is a free weather forecast, such as various weather applications on iphone, or TV programs, or the weather forecast in trams, or Yahoo Japan, it is usually three hours (0-3, 3-9...2 1-24), and it is not accurate to one hour.

Moreover, the weather forecast in Japan will not say when it will rain today, but that it is likely to rain this afternoon (what is the probability). When the weather is broadcast on TV, "possibility" will definitely be added in the end, because so far, human beings can't accurately predict the weather. Forecasting weather involves fuzzy theory, which is itself an inaccurate theory.

Personally, I feel that the accuracy of Japanese weather forecast is similar to that of China.

Supercomputers can get more accurate weather forecast results because of their large amount of calculation, but please note that the fastest supercomputer in the world comes from China. The next super-calculation ranking will be in June this year, so we can pay attention to it then, but this time Japan's super-calculation will not be in the top 10.
