What's the climate like in Virginia?

I am from NOVA (Northern Virginia, abbreviated as 'NOVA'), so I won't post any encyclopedia information about the average temperature for you. Anyway, you can read it yourself

In short, summer It’s very hot, sometimes over 100 degrees, so I usually wear short sleeves/tank top+shorts

Winter is relatively cold, with freezing temperatures and snow in January and February. Usually there are three or four snowfalls, each with two or three inches of snow, but this year it was crazy and there were several snowfalls of nearly 2 feet.

However, relatively few people wear bulging down jackets, because there are heaters indoors, so if you wear them outside, you still have to wear a thick coat

The weather is generally good, although the temperature difference between winter and summer is huge. But there are no tornadoes (at least not the kind that kill people), no earthquakes, etc.

The air is pretty good as long as you don’t live next to a major road. I’m from Fairfax County. Generally speaking, we are here. The environment is better than Prince William or something like that, but everything depends on the specific community
