Why is Guangdong cold and dry?

Guangdong is affected by Mongolia-West Siberia high in winter, and the cold air moves south, which is affected by latitude. The farther north, the more cold air is received, so Guangdong is cold in winter. Because Guangdong is near the Tropic of Cancer, it has a subtropical monsoon climate, which is hot and rainy in summer, mild and rainy in winter (due to the alternating control of southeast monsoon and northwest monsoon), land wind (less water), but not sea wind, which makes people feel very dry.
