The demolition from Chating to the Ring Expressway will start in 2022. According to relevant public information inquiries, it appears that there are demolition plans in a certain area. Because as of October 11, 2022, the government where the Changsha demolition is located has issued a demolition notice from the Chating Interchange of the Xuguang Expressway to the Changsha Ring Expressway. The Chating to Ring Expressway project route starts from the Chating Interchange of Xuguang Expressway, passes through Huangqiao Avenue and Qingzhu Lake, and ends at the Laodao River Interchange of Changsha Ring Expressway. The total length of the route is 22.77km, the design speed is 120km/h, the roadbed width is 34m, and it is constructed in accordance with the two-way six-lane highway standard. There are four interconnecting points along the line: tea pavilion, bridge station, Qingzhu Lake and Laodao River. The investment of this project is estimated to be 5.3 billion yuan, and it will be implemented using the BOT model with a construction period of 3 years.
