Why did Fushun pull the alarm?

Exercise. Due to the frequent rainstorm in Fushun, in order to better reduce the impact of flood disasters, Fushun municipal government conducted a flood control exercise. In 2022, the city's flood control dispatching rescue and rural escape drills were held in Hongtoushan Town, qingyuan county. The drill set up four subjects, namely, "meteorological early warning, defense preparation, relocation and emergency rescue", which mainly highlighted the actual evacuation drill, aiming at making all counties and departments observing the drill more familiar with the standardized work flow of flood control dispatching, emergency rescue and rural escape, ensuring a strong, orderly and effective response to dangerous situations at critical moments, and fully protecting people's lives and property.
