At present, the scheme of the line is as follows: starting from Cangzhou Station in beijing-shanghai railway, using the Beijing-Shanghai line to Nanxiakou Station in Dongguang County, building a new Beijing-Shanghai line-Huang Han connection line in Nanxiakou, and adding the second line of Huang Han to Hengshui East Station of Huang Han Line; Hengshui East Station newly built Liangliangdian Station from Huang Han Line to Shide Line; Reuse the existing Shide line to Shijiazhuang North Station, with a total length of about 250 kilometers.

It is reported that the new line is nearly 50 kilometers shorter than the current railway mileage (297 kilometers) from Shijiazhuang to Cangzhou via Dezhou. For example, a passenger train with a speed of 160 km can reach Shijiazhuang within 2 hours at the earliest, and the running time is shortened by 1 hour by 30 minutes compared with the current express train, which can initially solve the problem of railway passenger transport from Shijiazhuang to Cangzhou.

At present, the project has been included in the Medium-and Long-term Railway Planning of Hebei Province and the Comprehensive Transportation Planning of Hebei Province of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration (Draft), and the Third Research Institute of Railway has been entrusted to prepare and carry out the preliminary work research report.

According to Liang Zhengang, director of Cangzhou Development and Reform Commission, the total investment of the project is estimated to be 25.5 billion yuan, and the total length of the line is about 270 kilometers. The general trend is to start from Beijing New Airport, use the existing Beijing-Kowloon Passenger Dedicated Line for about100km, reach Renqiu City, build a 70km intercity railway from Renqiu to Cangzhou, and upgrade and transform the section from Cangzhou to Huanghua Port for about100km. During the year, it is planned to use local railways to operate passenger trains from Cangzhou to Huanghua Port. At present, we are working hard to study and promote related matters and strive for an early start.

The Han-Huang Railway was completed and opened to traffic at the end of June.

It is reported that the total length of the Han-Huang Railway currently under construction is 460 kilometers, within 140 kilometers of Cangzhou City, passing through Dongguang, Nanpi, Mengcun, Yanshan, Haixing and Huanghua to Bohai New Area. The west section of Bohai New Area Station was put into trial operation on February 28th, 2003+2065438, and the port section is currently under construction, which is expected to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of June this year.

Han-Huang Railway is another major passage of Huanghua Port, which directly connects the central and southern parts of Hebei Province, and can connect the vast hinterland of Huanghua Port such as Shanxi, Shaanxi and Mongolia through Shitai and Xinghe Railways.
