In the evening, we were arranged by the tour group to a farmhouse on the grassland to enjoy the delicious food from the grassland. The meat that herders often eat is instant-boiled mutton. First of all, after the sheep are slaughtered, they are blanched in a pressure cooker to remove the fishy smell. After cooking, take it directly to our city tourists. All the meat on the sheep rack is cut off and put on a big plate. Finally, give us a small bowl of salt with potatoes, cabbage and other vegetables, and a rich grassland meal will be ready. On the grassland, herders directly cook mutton and add some salt to eat it, which can not only retain the flavor of sheep to the maximum extent, but also save a lot of cooking time. This is probably the most beautiful scenery on the Gansu prairie.
