As far as the national effective area is concerned, the warm winter area exceeds 50% of the national effective area, that is, warm winter; The area of cold winter exceeds 50% of the total number of stations, which is called cold winter.

Generally speaking, the winter from 2022 to 2023 is close to the same period of the year, with the former warmer and the latter colder. It is neither cold nor warm.
