Is Fan Jing in Guizhou difficult to climb?

1. You can take the train to Yuping or Tongren, and then transfer to the foot of Fanjingshan by bus or minibus. You can also go up the mountain from Yuping to Yinjiang, but it's a long way. If you need to take a cableway, you must go up the mountain from Jiangkou.

Travel tips

1. You can only walk up the mountain along the Black Bay River from the gate, which takes about 30 minutes.

In order to protect the natural ecology, there is no cable car in the scenic spot, and more than 7,800 steps are a test of tourists' physical strength and will.

It will be very hot when climbing mountains. You'd better wear a towel on your head. It takes about 5-6 hours to climb slowly and 3-4 hours to climb quickly. There is a slider. There is little or no food sold along the way, so you'd better bring some dry food yourself.

Be careful of snakes in summer. It's not easy to meet snakes when walking on mountain roads, so don't find another way.

The situation in the mountains is unpredictable. Choose good weather to go up the mountain, otherwise you will regret not seeing any scenery in the fog. Pay great attention to safety in bad visibility weather, and don't stand on the edge of the cliff.

6. According to different places, there are usually two choices to visit Fan Jing: the southern route and the western route. If you need to take a cableway, you can only choose to go up the mountain from the southern line.

A, South Line-Go downhill from the estuary, go uphill from the south gate of the scenic spot, take the sightseeing bus, go around the mountain for 9 kilometers, transfer to the high-altitude sightseeing cableway to Wanbaoyan, and then walk for about 20 minutes to Pudu Square, the core scenic spot. After the tour, you can choose to walk down the mountain in the direction of Yinjiang for about 3 hours, or you can take the cableway back from the original road.

B. West Line-It takes about 2 hours to drive from Yinjiang via Zhangjiaba to the gate of the west line, then transfer to sightseeing bus for about 30 minutes to Mianxu Forest, and then walk for about 3 hours to Pudu Square, the core scenic spot. After the tour, walk along the 8000 stone steps or take the cableway to Jiangkou Mountain. In this way, you can go all the way to the main attractions, and you don't have to go that way again. But Tongren is farther from Yinjiang than Jiangkou, and the road is not easy.
