At the mass meeting in the whole village, everyone agreed to the plan put forward by Huohua Zhang. Huohua Zhang is a shrewd and tough man, and he started to do this. On April 12, the hotel building was selected for construction.

He led 140 young people to fight on the construction site. In order to shorten the construction period and build the hotel as soon as possible, they worked day and night, burning the midnight oil at night and building brick walls during the day. After 109 days and nights of hard work, a hotel belonging to Qianshipan Village finally rose near the Yellow River Bridge in the county, and they gave it a popular name: Xinqiao Hotel. Entering the installation stage, Hou Hua simply went back to the construction site with his bedding on his back, and didn't sleep or eat a hot meal for a whole week.
