What's the weather like in the four seasons in Jiangnan?

I am now in Changzhou, Jiangsu, between Shanghai and Nanjing, south of the Yangtze River.

It is said that the weather in Jiangnan is very painful. There is basically no spring and autumn, and it is quite cold in winter. There is no heating and it is very cold. After winter, I quickly put on short sleeves. It was 24 degrees yesterday. I've been wearing short sleeves all day. It's at least 3 degrees today. I put on my cotton-padded jacket again. There is a lot of rain in summer, especially typhoons and heavy rains.
