Typhoon 90 12 has landed in China the most times since the founding of the People's Republic of China. First landed in Keelung, Taiwan Province on August 19. When landing, the maximum wind speed near the center reaches 45 m/s (the wind force exceeds 12). After landing, it stayed near Hsinchu for about 10 hour, then slowly westward, moving to the central coast of Fujian, and made more than 10 turns continuously, circling two big circles. The path of this typhoon is tortuous and changeable. It landed in Fujian province three times and went out to sea twice, wandering for more than 60 hours. It is a rare "strange" typhoon in history.
