There are more and more rural talents. Information, sales and weather really need to be understood through the media. Because farmers read newspapers and news for a long time, they have a wider range of knowledge, go out less but have more knowledge, and their lives are getting more and more prosperous.

Do less farm work and do more business.

In recent years, with the improvement of agricultural production technology in Shangrao, the rural economic structure has undergone major changes, and the labor force required for agricultural production is less, and a large number of surplus labor forces have emerged. On the other hand, in recent years, the township enterprises in our city have developed rapidly, the demand for labor in coastal areas and cities in this region has increased, and the number of farmers working in cities, going out to work and doing business in our city has been increasing.

According to statistics, it is not unusual for a village to have more than 10 college students. The obvious improvement of rural children's knowledge level has also promoted the improvement of farmers' cultural quality.

Compared with cities, the gap is still very backward, and the development between rural areas is uneven.
