Article 21 If any person violates the provisions of Article 14 of these Regulations, fails to perform the notification obligation, and sets off fireworks and firecrackers, the public security department shall impose a fine of not less than 200 yuan but not more than 500 yuan; if he provides services related to setting off fireworks and firecrackers, he shall be fined by the public security department. The public security department shall order correction and impose a fine of not less than 1,000 yuan but not more than 3,000 yuan. Article 22 Anyone who violates these regulations and is subject to administrative penalties shall have relevant information recorded in social credit files in accordance with the law.
