The center of Tropical Storm "Luotan" No.8 this year was located at 10, which is about 600 kilometers southeast of Wenchang City, Hainan Province, that is, north latitude 18.0 degrees and east longitude16.3 degrees. The maximum wind force near the center is 9 (23m/s), and the lowest pressure in the center is 900.

It is estimated that "Luotan" will continue to move to the north-north direction at a speed of about 20 kilometers per hour, and gradually approach the coastal area from eastern Hainan to western Guangdong, and its intensity will gradually strengthen. It will land in Sanya, Hainan and Yangjiang, Guangdong from the evening of 29th to the morning of 30th.
