The Secret of Shicheng Mountain

I have long heard that there is Zhaizi Mountain in Che Ling Town, which is a famous mountain. I really want to see it. Zhaizi Mountain is also called Shicheng Mountain and Ningxian Island because there is Shicheng Temple at the top of the mountain.

Founded in the Southern Song Dynasty, it is one of Sichuan's defense systems against Yuan. It was rebuilt in the Ming and Qing Dynasties to prevent Zhang Chao-chuan, the uprising and the blue famine from invading the surrounding people. Recently, the grass grows warblers, the green tea spits out, and the weather is fine in early spring. Fortunately, I have a schedule. Drive 500 meters along the mountain road, stop at the water plant and start climbing the mountain.

Less than 100 meter, I saw an unnamed temple. Although unknown, it is also fragrant. After walking hundreds of steps, the mountain looks steep, and a stone fence door protrudes from the road. This is Dazhaimen. Judging from its situation, it should be built for the public. The lintel reads "Hua Kaitian" and there is a couplet by the door. "Shicheng is better than dry autumn, and its culture is far-reaching and bright."

On the way back, there is an ancient well beside the ancient road. The spring water keeps flowing all day and is the main drinking water source on the mountain. The top of the mountain is flat and the terrain is long and narrow. The highest place is Jade Emperor Peak, with a gift of Guanyin and a small temple, which is the former site of Shicheng Temple. Another hope is that Chairman Mao waved, and Zhu De and Zhou Enlai rode horses like three statues. Looking around, I feel that the top of the mountain is particularly cold, and I have a panoramic view of Woye Pingchou and the peasant town.

There are several simple temples on the mountain, and there are hundreds of statues, both Taoist and Buddhist. There are several lay people who maintain daily management. Although it is newly built, it is full of incense. In the past year, there was a custom of "grabbing boys", which attracted hundreds of people to compete on the fifteenth day of the first month every year, making Zhaizi Mountain the busiest time.

East along the top of the mountain, past the neck of the goose, surrounded by cliffs, dazzling, there is a small temple on the goose's head. Goose head is flat and spacious. When you look around, you can see the land and land around 100 square kilometers. sichuan-tibet railway winds to the west. Shicheng jathyapple is one of the famous mountains and eight scenic spots in ancient times. This place should be the best place to enjoy the moon. At noon, the lay people are very enthusiastic, and eating vegetarian food at the top of the mountain is also a kind of enjoyment!

There is a small village behind the mountain, which is very steep. Built in the Xianfeng period, it is easy to defend but difficult to attack.
