What was the environment before Tonghua?

Puyi once moved the capital to Tonghua. The name of Tonghua was established in the third year of Guangxu (1877). The name "Tonghua" contains the meaning of auspiciousness and martial arts. The word "Tong" in Tonghua has the meaning of communication, while the word "Hua" means education, that is, educating the people with the so-called "benevolent government", which means "general affiliation". Kuaidamao is the seat of Tonghua county government. There are different opinions about the origin of the place name "Kuaidamao". One of them was an official from Beijing during the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty. It was nine o'clock in the middle of winter, and the people took off their hats and bowed down. The official took pity on the people and said, "Put on your hat", which was handed down from now on. Second, people cultivated land here in the Qing Dynasty. At that time, there were dense forests here, and there was a swift river on the west side of Tun. At the corner, the wooden handle needs to be anchored urgently, which is called "fast anchor", and the propagation is changed to "fast and big". Third, the west side of this hill was a tuyere in ancient times, and people often scraped off their hats when they came here, so they called it "quick hat" and later made a place name; Number four agrees. Kuaidamao is Manchu, because it was once guarded by Taiwan troops, which means outpost; Five, named after Maoshan on the north side of Tun. It is said that every time after the rain, the mountains in Tunli are shrouded in fog, and the top of the mountain looks like wearing a hat from a distance, hence the name. According to Tonghua County Records; Kuaidamao has long been a political town of Manchu. There are rolling mountains and dense forests here. It is said that a long time ago, Qing Taizu Ai Xinjue Luo Nuerhachi led troops to fight and was stationed here. Seeing the beautiful scenery here, he called it "as a hat" when he left. This language is Manchu, which means "evergreen forest" and will be handed down as a place name in the future. Then the voice gradually became "fast and loud". According to the records in different books of Tonghua County Records, the sound change of Kuaidamao place name has roughly gone through three stages: it was recorded on the blackboard in the late Qing Dynasty, and it was called "definitely a hat" from the early Qing Dynasty to the late Qing Dynasty; The version of the Republic of China records that the "hat" was changed to "Mao" from the early years of the Republic of China to the early days of the Puppet Manchukuo; In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), the record of "when" was changed to "when"; Since then, it has been circulated as "fast and big" and it is still there today.
