Ma put forward six requirements for the next stage of "two cigarettes" work. First, we should strengthen our confidence that the difficulties are temporary, resist the pressure and continue to unswervingly implement the development strategy of "South Tobacco and North Medicine". Fourth, we should optimize the environment, maintain the normal purchase order and provide quality services for tobacco farmers. Fifth, it is necessary to form a joint force, and all departments should clearly divide their work and perform their duties to form a strong joint force. Sixth, it is necessary to plan rationally, thoroughly understand the "upper feelings", stabilize the "lower feelings", fully follow the market rules, consolidate the achievements of administrative promotion, and combine the reality of Longhui, while paying close attention to the current work, rationally, scientifically and rationally arrange the flue-cured tobacco production next year, so as to plan early, start early and cultivate early.

Ma inspected the construction site of Xiushan-section highway of Dazhong National Road. While walking, he listened carefully to the progress report of the project. Ma demanded that highway departments and construction units should seize time and progress, organize construction scientifically, and ensure project quality and construction safety; Villages and towns along the line should combine the maintenance of transit roads with the transformation of small towns, improve the quality at the same time, and do a good job in greening, lighting and other supporting facilities to improve the quality of small towns.

Ma also came to Anren Village in Yushanpu Town, Qingshui Village in Zhou Wang Town, Xiashankou Village in Tantou Town and Qiping Village in Gaoping Town to inspect the comprehensive improvement of rural environmental sanitation. Ma is very happy to see that the environmental sanitation in each village is getting better and better. He said that the focus of urban and rural environmental sanitation is maintenance. While doing a good job in cleaning, we should educate and guide the villagers to develop good hygiene habits and consolidate the results of rectification. Villages and towns should do a good job in supporting infrastructure, garbage trucks and bins should be in place, and cleaning staff should be arranged. There shall be no obvious garbage in front of the house and behind the pond ditch, and weeds and bricks shall not be littered, so as to gradually improve the living environment and build beautiful countryside.
